IWF Awards 2025
On IWF’s 10th anniversary, we begin the tradition of annual awards in recognition of the achievements of our women.
These awards are given in recognition of outstanding efforts in different categories.
Please send your nominations to us by 30.3.2025
To nominate someone, please ensure that your submission includes:
1. The Nominee’s name
2. A one-page PDF outlining the justification for the nomination. (Links and photos can be included for additional context.)
Award Categories
1. Trailblazer Award: This award honors women who have excelled in their respective fields
- IT
- Sales
- Marketing & Communication
- HR & TA
- Project Management
- Engineering
- Academia
- Healthcare
- Education
- Finance/Banking
- Entrepreneurship
- Other (Proper Justification needed)
2. Community Builder: Recognizes individuals who have created meaningful spaces that foster positivity and inclusivity within their communities.
3. Cultural Ambassador: Awarded to those who have played a pivotal role in promoting and showcasing our cultural heritage and traditions.
4. Social Impact Award: This award is to recognize individuals who have consistently created positive and profound societal impact.
External judges will review the justification content, attachments, nominee’s social media profiles, and other relevant details to cast their votes for the winner in each category. Each category will have one winner unless the judges determine a tie is necessary.
The Trailblazer category will have multiple winners, as it is divided into different fields of work. However, a nomination does not guarantee a win in any category.
Winners will be decided solely based on the judges’ votes and will be awarded at the Gala.
Deadline for nominations: March 30, 2025.
